Starting your first stream

Testnet: Currently Streamable Fianance is deployed on BSC Testent. You need to configure your wallet and get test token to use the system. A full guide to do this is here

Streaming

To start a stream, you need streamable tokens. You can get streamable tokens swapping you asset with streamable tokens using the pools in streamablefinance.com or you can upgrade your existing tokens.

Your upgraded tokens can be converted 1-1 with the original tokens at any time.

1. Get streamable tokens

Upgrade or swap your tokens to/with streamable assets so they can be streamed with the StreamPay Protocol. You can convert back your tokens anytime. Currently we support: UST, MIM, USDC, BUSD, USDT, BNB, WBTC and WETH.

To upgrade your token and get their streamable version, click on "Upgrade" on the left menu.

Select the currency you want to upgrade and the amunt and then click "Upgrade Token"

When the transaction is confirmed, you will get your streamable tokens that will be visible in the dashboard and you will be able to start a stream.

2. Set receiver and amount per unit of time

Once you have streamable tokens, just click on "Send Stream" in the upper right corner or click on the action menu next to the currency you want to stream and press "Stream".

In the "Enter the address" edit boc insert the receiver address. Specify the amount that you want to transfer per unit of time (example 1000 strMIM/month), select the stream type (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and click “STREAM”.

3. Start the stream and watch your real time balance

After a few seconds the flow will start and you (and so the receiver) will see your balance in real time. Your stream will keep flowing until you stop it or when your available balance reaches 0.

Streamable Finance dashboard

You can start a stream even if you don't have the full amount per specified unit of time. For example, you can start a flow of 1000$/month even if you don't have 1000$. The system will use the amount you have to set up and start the stream an will let you know how long your current balance is going to last.

A minimum amount is required to start a stream. This minimum amount is shown when you set up the stream. A deposit is taken and will be used to liquidate the stream if the sender balance reaches 0.
